Our Stay at Breathless Cabo Resort + Spa | adoubledose.com

We are SO excited to share our stay at Breathless Cabo Resort + Spa. We had the MOST incredible experience there. From the moment we were picked up from the Cabo airport by our hilarious driver who greeted us with beer, to the moment we left the resort, our time was nothing short of amazing. We seriously had THE best time, and we hope that is reflected in our pictures and videos. Be sure to check out our vlog (we apologize for the newbie editing; this is our first one!) to see all the behind the scenes, and highlights of our trip!

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort + Spa

Our Stay at The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort + Spa | adoubledose.comA couple of weeks ago, we had the pleasure of staying at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort. The resort itself is located on a secluded, 2.5 mile beach in Cabo San Lucas. This resort in all-inclusive is catered to adults only, meaning that you won’t find screaming kids around you, especially if you’re looking for relaxing getaway!Our Stay at The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort + Spa | adoubledose.comThey have four gourmet restaurants on the property, as well as an incredible spa. In December, they will be debuting a brand-new, ultra-luxe “resort-within-a-resort” expansion called The Towers at Pacifica. It will offer upscale accommodations, a 24-hour butler service, elevated dining experiences, and exclusive access to a new VIP Towers Lounge. We had the opportunity to stay in the new tower before it was completely finished, and the rooms were incredible!Our Stay at The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort + Spa | adoubledose.comOur Stay at The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort + Spa | adoubledose.comOur Stay at The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort + Spa | adoubledose.comThe room featured a gorgeous bed and headboard, which was super modern and elegant. It had a ton of lighting (which we have not seen often), USB ports to charge your electronic devices, a gorgeous patio, and motion-detected lighting in parts of the room! We never wanted to leave our room, and felt totally at-home! They also had a great full-length mirror, which you all know we are all about;)Our Stay at The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort + Spa | adoubledose.comOur Stay at The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort + Spa | adoubledose.comThey have a great gym filled with cardio equipment, free weights, as well as machines. We were able to get in a great workout each day! They also offer a ton of workout classes that are complimentary!

Camana Bay

 Camana Bay in Grand Cayman | adoubledose.comOn our recent vacation to Grand Cayman, we had the pleasure of spending time at Camana Bay. At first glance, it looks like a gorgeous outdoor mall, but it so much more than that. Camana Bay offers a mix of residential, commercial, and public spaces, as well as great shopping, and entertainment. It is located right in the heart of Grand Cayman and very close to Seven Mile Beach.Camana Bay in Grand Cayman | adoubledose.comBeing the foodies we are, we love the dining options they have available. Not only do they have great restaurants for all different taste buds, including Abacus, Lola, Mizu Asian Bistro + Bar, The Brooklyn Pizza + Pasta, but they also have great culinary options for those of us that are looking for healthier options. We were fortunate to enjoy a delicious meal at Abacus. We kept talking about how delicious everything was from the Moroccan vegetable skewers to the seafood mixed grill.  Camana Bay in Grand Cayman | adoubledose.com Camana Bay in Grand Cayman | adoubledose.com Camana Bay in Grand Cayman | adoubledose.com Chef Will had just made a trip to Morocco and used spices he got from there on the dish! Does it get any more authentic?! The flavors were out of this world and everything was SO fresh! We even had a tuna sashimi appetizer, and we saw the tuna that Chef Will caught the day before (so cool, right!?). More importantly, we loved that all of these restaurants had options for individuals with food allergies or sensitives. Nothing is worse than going somewhere with no options to eat!Camana Bay in Grand Cayman | adoubledose.comWe also cured our sweet tooth’s several times at Gelato & Co. The shop is owned by an Italian, so you know it’s authentic! We haven’t had a flavor that we didn’t love, but we  were even more excited that they had a stevia sweetened chocolate sorbetto that was dairy and gluten free! Sign us up! We were hesitant about the taste, but it did not disappoint! AMAZING! They also offer fruit sweetened sorbettos that solely rely on the fruit to sweeten the delicious favors, as opposed to additional sugar. Aside from the the amazing flavors, the actual shop is super cute and makes you want to hang out in there forever. Our Stay at the Cape, A Thompson Hotel

Our Stay at the Cape, A Thompson Hotel in Cabo | adoubledose.comThis past week my boyfriend and I stayed at the beautiful The Cape, A Thompson Hotel in Cabo San Lucas. I had seen a lot pictures of the hotel and had heard great things about it, but in person, it was incredible. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, it was nothing but amazing!
Our Stay at the Cape, A Thompson Hotel in Cabo | adoubledose.comThe staff is all incredible and so welcoming, and the actual grounds itself are gorgeous. My boyfriend became best friends with all the staff members by the end of the trip because they are all so nice and entertaining (shoutout to Sebastion!). The lobby/front desk area is all outdoors overlooking the ocean and infinity pool, which is so cool. The decor is super contemporary and unique, which I loved. The hotel is just over a year old, but it still feels brand new, and they make you feel as if you are the only people staying at the hotel. The hotel is secluded, but in a good way to where you feel like you have your own private beach and is not overcrowded like some of the other big hotels in the area.Our Stay at the Cape, A Thompson Hotel in Cabo | adoubledose.com

LA Recap

LA Recap- a recap of our trip to LA: where we ate, what we did, and our fave spots | adoubledose.comFINALLY sharing a recap of our trip to LA a couple of weeks ago! In case you missed it, we shared our stay at the Four Seasons Westlake in this post a couple of days ago!

We left Dallas on a very rainy Thursday, so we were excited to get out of the rain and head to sunny LA! I wore my favorite jeans with the comfiest sandals (I have these sandals in three colors!)LA Recap- a recap of our trip to LA: where we ate, what we did, and our fave spots | adoubledose.com{ Grey Tank | Jeans Similar Here | Sam Edelman Gigi Flats | Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM | Fedora HatLA Recap- a recap of our trip to LA: where we ate, what we did, and our fave spots | adoubledose.com{ Coral Peplum Tank | Ripped White Jeans | Rockstud Sandals | Purple Mini Satchel }

Of course, we had food packed for the three-hour flight. Big surprise there, right? We had gotten a salad at the day before at Snappy Salads, which is a place in Dallas where you can create your own salads. We got a huge salad with a ton of veggies, grilled chicken, and balsamic vinegar on the side for dressing!
LA Recap- a recap of our trip to LA: where we ate, what we did, and our fave spots | adoubledose.comI had also gone to another place in Dallas called Eatzi’s, which is basically like a mini Whole Foods with a bunch of prepared food. I got an egg white omelette with all the veggies, no butter (just oil), and pepper. They were super accommodating and it was really good (even eaten cold, haha)! I had planned on eating this earlier, but I was so glad I saved it because we needed up sitting on the runway for another hour when we landed. It was SO frustrating!
LA Recap- a recap of our trip to LA: where we ate, what we did, and our fave spots | adoubledose.comIncredible breakfast at The Four Seasons Westlake. Samantha got an egg white frittata and a kale mango smoothie, and I got an egg white omelette with bell pepper, arugula (my fave), and mushrooms with a fruit plate. I also had black coffee and hot lemon water.
LA Recap- a recap of our trip to LA: where we ate, what we did, and our fave spots | adoubledose.comFor dinner on Thursday night, we walked across to Lure Fish House, which was INCREDIBLE! I could easily eat there every day. All of their fish is sustainable and they serve local produce, which I love!

Grand Cayman Trip

If we could sum up Grand Cayman in one word: paradise. We know, so cliché, but it truly is the most beautiful place. If anyone is thinking about a place to vacation, we can guarantee this post will convince you that GC is the perfect place (not that you’ll need it–the pictures will speak for themselves)!

We have been coming here for the past 8 years, and every year, we somehow grow to love it even more. The people on the island are honestly the sweetest people ever! We have never had a bad meal (because who doesn’t love fresh seafood?!), and the surroundings, well they speak for themselves!

We have always stayed on the 7 mile beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. You know those post cards or generic screen savers you get with your computer–well, a place like that picture actually exists–it’s GC! We have met people here that have said they have been to a TON of beaches all over the world, and this is the best one they have been to. That’s all we needed to hear!
