As far as cardio goes,we will do anywhere from 30-45 minutes of cardio, usually on the stair master, followed by weight training (each muscle group a different day). Every body is different, and you definitely don’t need to do that much cardio each day, just whatever you feel up to, or feel like you can handle at this time! We used to do ZERO, so just find what works best for you!

All opinions are mine alone. #ReimagineCereal #CollectiveBiasCorn Flake Coated Waffle French Toast - a creative take on a classic breakfast dish that is crispy, light, and perfect for weekend brunch | adoubledose.comWhen I think of one of my go-to breakfast meals, or really any-day kind of meals, it would be cereal, hand down! It is just a no-brainer. I could probably have lived off of cereal in college.

As I have gotten older, I have started craving fancier things like french toast and waffles. I miss the days when an easy bowl of cereal would do the trick. Don’t get me wrong, I still love a good bowl of cereal, but I gotta switch it up once in a while and get creative!Corn Flake Coated Waffle French Toast - a creative take on a classic breakfast dish that is crispy, light, and perfect for weekend brunch | adoubledose.comWhen I was coming up with this recipe, I really had a craving for French toast, but realized I had NO bread in my house. I did, however, have waffles in my freezer, so I thought how fun would that be to create a fun twist on French toast, and add a fun and crispy coating to it?

The waffles are already great on their own, but the French toast mixture adds that sweet cinnamon kick to them and gives them so much flavor!

Gluten Free Peanut Butter Pear Loaf - a fluffy and moist, gluten free peanut butter loaf filled with fresh pears, crushed pecans, and a drizzle of peanut butter | adoubledose.com Gluten Free Peanut Butter Pear Loaf - a fluffy and moist, gluten free peanut butter loaf filled with fresh pears, crushed pecans, and a drizzle of peanut butter | adoubledose.comWe are at home in El Paso for the week visiting our parents, and of course, that means lots of baking! We have only been here one day so far, and I have already baked two desserts! I am sure I will be baking more the rest of the week, but I wanted to share this super fluffy loaf I made yesterday. I literally just grabbed a few things and threw it together, but it tasted SO good.

I am not joking, I made it in the morning, and by 4 PM it was gone. I had a little help from my dad and sister finishing it, but we all couldn’t stop eating it. There is something about peanut butter that is just so addicting, you know what I mean? Luckily, this loaf is gluten free and made from a base of coconut flour and peanut butter protein powder, so it’s lower in carbs, and high in protein!

My mom had a huge bag of pears to use, so of course, I knew I had to include them in here, and they were delicious! You could replace them with apples or whatever fruit you want, too.

I love using this brand of coconut flour and this is the peanut protein powder I used, but you could also use vanilla whey and add in peanut butter or peanut four to replace it! I love using this protein powder for baking because it bakes super well and tastes SO good!
