Happy Labor Day Weekend! Hope you all are up to something fun or relaxing this weekend. Our parents are coming into town on Sunday for a few days, so we are SO excited! Family time is the best!
I made this crumble cheesecake a while back, but totally forgot to share it with you all somehow, so I thought this would be perfect to share with you all this holiday weekend!
The crust is made from coconut flour and protein powder, so it is gluten free, grain free, and packed with protein powder.

One of the main components I always make sure I have in all of my recipes is protein. I will usually eat these Pure Protein Plus Bars on their own, but this time, I decided to switch it up and bake them into the actual chocolate loaf. I know, such a game changer!

Happy Saturday, y’all! We baked up these chocolate marshmallow bars last weekend, and not gonna lie, we totally finished them in less than 24 hours. I could definitely go for some right now! As you all may have seen, we are spending the weekend in Austin at the JW Marriott. We have been having the best time, so be sure to follow along on our snapchats! Not only are these bars loaded with chocolate (yum!) and yummy marshmallows, they are also packed with protein AND collagen.

If there is one thing I ALWAYS tell people, especially my parents, is that you gotta get protein in! I will be the first to say, I usually don’t drink protein shakes regularly. I am kind of weird (no shock there) in the sense that I would rather eat something, rather than drink it! I usually don’t go for shakes, juices, etc. I would rather have something to chew on, haha.Sometimes I do love a chocolate milkshake once in a while, but most of the time, I love something sweet to snack on. One of my favorite ways to bake is with protein powder! I know it sounds crazy, but it really turns out so fluffy and moist.
