All opinions are mine alone. #KeepOnTrack #CollectiveBiasOne of my favorite things to do when I am stressed or just craving something sweet (which is always), is to bake! One of the main components I always make sure I have in all of my recipes is protein. I will usually eat these Pure Protein Plus Bars on their own, but this time, I decided to switch it up and bake them into the actual chocolate loaf. I know, such a game changer!
Nothing is better than a fluffy, moist loaf that not only tastes amazing, but is also loaded with protein! Each bite of the loaf has chunks of cookies n cream pieces (YUM) and has the perfect amount of sweetness and richness, but also a crunch from the bar chunks!
These new Pure Protein Plus Bars are packed with protein (about 20-21 grams of protein per bar) and high in fiber.
