Our weekend was spent doing lots of eating (what’s new), laundry, training, working on emails, etc, watching tv, and cleaning our car, which was SO needed. Don’t you just feel SO much better once your car or house is cleaned? It just makes me feel so refreshed. I can’t even work or do anything when my house or space is a mess. I have been told that I can be a bit OCD when it comes to my neatness/organization. I will be the first to admit that I can be that way (yikes). I guess it’s better than being messy, right?
Speaking of the car wash, I had one my dumbest moments while getting a car wash (actually, I am sure I have done something far more dumb before, but this was pretty bad). So, at our car wash, they have these vacuums that are free to use and are self-service. I had a check that was in my zip pouch hanigng on my keys, but decided I would be a genius, and hand it to my sister so she could cash it when we got home. I took the check out and she put it in the cup-holder in the console of our car (you can see where this is going…)
Y’all know how much we LOVE mediterranean (we don’t think the weekly trip to our fave mediterranean buffet gives that away or anything)! We bought some chicken thighs (which we absolutely love!)–they’re great to get when you’re sick of chicken breasts!
We were thinking about what to have for dinner, and came up with this delicious recipe to change up ou normal chicken routine! It turned out so yummy! It made even more delicious leftovers on top of our salad the next day!
We love anything baked because you pop it in the oven, and its DONZO!
