Happy Wednesday! We are headed out to San Francisco for a fun work trip! We are going to be staying at a few hotels in San Fran, and then headed to Bottlerock in Napa. We are SO excited! If any of y'all have any recommendations for that area, please let us know. We have never been before. 

We are back with our weekly fitness post. We know we have had to skip a few here and there due to being out of town, but we are back! Happy Wednesday! We have had quite the week. In case you missed our previous blog posts, we were supposed to be leaving for Mexico Monday, but Sam couldn't find her passport on Sunday night, so we searched the entire house, only to not find it. We are having to reschedule our trip, so it has been quite the series of events;) Lesson here: make sure you have your passport before leaving for a trip, haha.

We have made it to the middle of the week! Not sure why, but last week felt sooo long, but this week seems to be going by a little quicker. We are supposed to be getting some rain this week, which we are fans of if it's time to watch a movie, but not when we need to work;) We are actually trying acupuncture this week. We have both been having some issue with our thyroid again, and have not been feeling our best, so we are experimenting with a few different options, and hope that they help! 

This week, we are sharing an at-home full-body workout that will definitely get your heart rate up! We suggest doing this one at least 2-3 times for a full workout. You could also use some dumbbells (like 5-10lbs) if you want!

Happy middle-of-the-week! This week has been HOT here! We went on a run on Sunday, and we were definitely working up a sweat! Hope it is warming up by y'all. This is the best time of the year!

Anyways, we had asked you all for what you wanted to see for workout posts, and we got a lot of great topics, so thank you for all of your suggestions! Today, we will be sharing a booty workout + what vitamins we take!

So, first, for the booty workout: We typical work our butt out when we do our legs twice a week. You can dedicate an entire day to it if you really want to! PS- If you don't know one of the exercises, just google it, and a video on youtube should show you the proper form!

Happy Wednesday! Hope you all are staying warm if you live somewhere it got hit with snow! Can't believe it got so cold. Not going to lie, we are complaining it is in the 50's and 60's, haha. Okay, to be honest, it was like in the 30's in the mornings!

Can’t believe that this our 8th fitness post of this year. We feel like it gets so receptive each week, but a lot of you all say you love these, so we promise to keep them coming! In case you missed some of the previous posts, you can check out some of them here and here! Below, you will find videos, several of our workouts from the week, as well as a breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipe that we have tried or are planning on making soon!

As far as cardio goes,we will do anywhere from 30-45 minutes of cardio, usually on the stair master, followed by weight training (each muscle group a different day). Every body is different, and you definitely don’t need to do that much cardio each day, just whatever you feel up to, or feel like you can handle at this time! We used to do ZERO, so just find what works best for you!
