We are not experts by any means, but weight training has given us the best results, by far, and it is the workout we have enjoyed the most. We have taken classes in the past, but are not really class-types-of-girls, haha. We do like an occasional class, but usually, we like to do our own thing in the gym. For us, the gym is a time for us to decompress and let go of some of our anxiety. We have made it to the middle of the week! Not sure why, but last week felt sooo long, but this week seems to be going by a little quicker. We are supposed to be getting some rain this week, which we are fans of if it's time to watch a movie, but not when we need to work;) We are actually trying acupuncture this week. We have both been having some issue with our thyroid again, and have not been feeling our best, so we are experimenting with a few different options, and hope that they help!
