As far as cardio goes,we will do anywhere from 20-45 minutes of cardio, usually on the stair master, followed by weight training (each muscle group a different day). Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend! We had a packed weekend, so we had a few shorter workouts and some random meals, but we will share what we did!
First off, I have to share my favorite workout clothes this week! As if I need any more clothes!
Here’s what our workout schedule looked like:
MONDAY: Orange Theory Fitness at night
TUESDAY: cardio + chest + triceps (alexis) cardio + chest (sam)
WEDNESDAY: cardio + legs
THURSDAY : cardio + biceps (alexis) cardio + biceps + triceps (sam)
FRIDAY: cardio + pilates reformer class
SATURDAY: ran 2.5 miles outside
SUNDAY: cardio + shoulders + legs + back
