As far as cardio goes,we will do anywhere from 30-45 minutes of cardio, usually on the stair master, followed by weight training (each muscle group a different day). Every body is different, and you definitely don’t need to do that much cardio each day, just whatever you feel up to, or feel like you can handle at this time! We used to do ZERO, so just find what works best for you!

Super easy! Also, super easy to make! We used this to pulse the cauliflower and make the “rice” A lot of y’all were asking about it, so thought I would share the link! I got the cedar-plank salmon with bacon on top and roasted cauliflower. SO good! I also got a mojito without the sugar, too!

Weekly Workouts |5/23|

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend! We had a packed weekend, so we had a few shorter workouts and some random meals, but we will share what we did!

First off, I have to share my favorite workout clothes this week! As if I need any more clothes!

SHOP THE OUTFIT

Here’s what our workout schedule looked like:

MONDAY: Orange Theory Fitness at night

TUESDAY: cardio + chest + triceps (alexis)  cardio + chest (sam)

WEDNESDAY: cardio + legs

THURSDAY : cardio + biceps (alexis)  cardio + biceps + triceps (sam)

FRIDAY: cardio + pilates reformer class

SATURDAY: ran 2.5 miles outside

SUNDAY: cardio + shoulders + legs + back

On Monday, we went to Orange Theory with my boyfriend. We had made waffles all day long, so we were really exhausted, but felt great afterwards!
